Roast Mediterranean vegetables with cured sardine
Salmon home-smoked over orange wood shavings
Purée of aubergines with tuna fish
Salad of home grown beetroot, lettuce, rocket, & sun flower seeds
Steak tartar seasoned to your taste with toasted home-made bread (extra charge 7€)


Creamy rice dish with fresh herbs and salt cod
Fresh fish of the day with vegetable garnish
Beef cheeks braised in red wine with potato “parmentier”
Suckling pig with crisp skin, apple compote and red cabbage garnish
