The majority of the vegetables served are produce of our organic plot
Everything on the menu is home-made, including the pates, smoked salmon, bread, desserts and ice creams.

Cream of beetroot soup with yogurt & trout caviar
Artichokes with mi cuit of foie gras and hazelnut vinaigrette
Salmon home-smoked over orange wood shavings
Creamy rice dish with seasonal wild mushrooms
Salad of gratinated fresh goat’s cheese with mandarin, pomegranate and toasted bread
Steak tartar seasoned to your taste with toasted home-made bread (extra charge 7€)
