Saturday 4th March. Michelin starred chef Bernd Knöller is bringing his team from his restaurant Riff in Valencia to prepare a special series of dishes for La Torre del Visco – enjoy a full Michelin star tasting menu for just 50 euros per person. How can you afford to miss this unique occasion?

For two and a half days enjoy the company of our guest chefs who will share with you their culinary secrets, their concerns and vision of future tendencies in gastronomy in the relaxed atmosphere of La Torre del Visco and its unique “Open Kitchen”, with hands on cookery sessions.
Saturday 18th March Chilean Cuisine themed dinner – utterly delicious and authentic Chilean dishes prepared by a native chef, accompanied by a selection of wines from Chile and music to set the mood.
Saturday 25th March Moroccan Cuisine workshop – a participative hands-on 2 hour cookery session in our Open Kitchen preparing a selection of authentic Moroccan dishes with guest Chef Kamal Robati.
Saturday 25th March Star gazing session. From the comfort of our outdoor Sky watching terrace, with its very powerful telescope, our guide will help you discover the wonders of the night sky. Saturday 1st April Olive oil tasting led by local olive oil producer and expert Victor Enrique Vidal
Five different extra virgin olive oils, all 100% organic, produced in the Matarranya, including La Torre del Visco´s own blend of empeltre and arbequina varieties, will be tasted and compared.
